The Gemini Group is a family owned conglomerate of diverse businesses. It represents my faith in the brick and mortar of yesteryears and enthusiasm about a future of digital transformation. Most of the diverse industries I have invested in were part of a natural progression. I have either been driven by having extensive know-how about a sector, an ongoing interest, or by identifying a need gap and opportunity.

With SIEVERT, I worked in around 10 countries across M.E. Far East and India. The experience was enriching and exhilarating and set the tone for my adaptable approach to life and work. The myriad geographies, cultures, conditions and people that I encountered sensitized me to situations and people. And this has held me in good stead during my professional journey.

Mine has been a labor of love, of conviction and resolve, of risks taken and integrity in the face of challenges. I have lived the maxim that ‘Nothing great is built in a day’. Hard work has been a natural consequence of the ambition to deliver value and high quality. The respect and accolades for our leadership in the Oil & Gas inspection and testing space – and the wealth and success that followed – has been earned by tireless commitment to a vision.
